MRCC Fort De France, Martinique, has asked Boatwatch.org for assistance in locating two persons in an overdue inflatable dinghy, brand is HIGHFIELD, and length is 2.50 meters, white hull, with pale grey pontoons, powered by a Yamaha 4 HP outboard engine.

They were last seen departing Gustavia Harbour (17 53 N / 062 51 W) (St Barthelemy Island also called St. Barts in the Eastern Caribbean) around 21 August 2020 evening time in the dinghy.  They evidently did not make it back to their boat anchored in nearby Corossol Bay Harbour 17 54 N / 062 51W.

UPDATE: September 03, 2020 at 9 PM Eastern – MRCC Fort De France advised that the missing sailors are from the following boat: S/V “DANCING BRAVE” – French Flag – 14m length.
Ship is still at anchor in Corossol bay – St Barthelemy

Boatwatch was alerted by Grenada Cruiser Ken Goodings of two missing sailors.

Further investigation revealed MRCC Fort De France, Martinique, has asked Boatwatch.org for assistance in locating two persons in an overdue inflatable dinghy, brand is HIGHFIELD, and length is 2.50 meters, white hull, with pale grey pontoons, powered by a Yamaha 4 HP outboard engine.

Missing are: Mrs Noriane Pages – French citizen – 27/08/1983 & Mr Gilton Santos Lopes – Portuguese citizen – 28/10/1962

They were last seen departing Gustavia Harbour (St Barthelemy Island ) around 21 August 2020 evening time – possibly adrift.

An Enhance group call ( EGC ) is broadcasted each 12 hours to inform sailors intransit in this area.

Anyone knowing these sailors, and or having photographs of them are requested to contact Glenn@Boatwatch.org.
