MRCC Fort De France issued a BOLO for a 4 Meter Vessel, Blue Hull, with one person on board, overdue from Salisbury Dominica (15-26-09N 061-26-13W). All vessels in the vicinity are requested to keep a sharp lookout and assist if possible.

Update February 27, 2021

MRCC Fort De France advised at 6:00 AM today as follows: “We still have no news, the ship is a Skiff, an open keel boat with oar propeller.
The person onboard is a man, 50 years old, you can see attached picture.” His name is Pierre Williams.

MRCC Fort De France issued the following EGC message at 0613 Hrs UTC 26 FEB 2021:

Boatwatch will attempt to ascertain additional information regarding this 4 meter vessel, blue hull, with one POB, overdue vessel whose last known position was 15-26.09N / 061-26.13W near Salisbury, Dominica on 24 FEB 2021.

In the meantime, all vessels in the vicinity should keep a sharp lookout and report any sightings to RCC Fort De France.
