BOLO from Josephine Augustine and Ellen Roseman on March 9, 2024 – Boat Watch Facebook Group
“I am reaching out to you with a deeply urgent matter and a plea for assistance by way of a broadcast announcement to aircrafts and seamen.
Yesterday, (March 8) our beloved brother, Raymond Roseman, age 62, embarked on a fishing journey from Bogles, Carriacou. Unfortunately, he has not returned home, and we are gravely concerned for his safety and well-being.
Raymond set out alone in a small, white boat, approximately 13 feet in length, equipped only with oars and lacking an engine. We fear that he may have encountered difficulties at sea and has potentially drifted off coast.
In light of this distressing situation, we are reaching out to all aircraft and seamen/captains in the area, seeking your assistance in locating Raymond and bringing him safely back to shore. Any information, sightings, or support you can provide would be immensely appreciated and could make all the difference in our efforts to find him.
If you or anyone in your network has spotted a vessel matching this description or has any relevant information, please don’t hesitate to contact the Grenada Coast Guard immediately 444-1931 or myself at 459-6472.
Time is of the essence, and your cooperation in spreading the word and aiding in the search efforts would mean the world to us.
Thank you sincerely for your attention to this matter, and please keep Raymond and our family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Ellen Roseman
I have attached a pic of him taken 10years ago. He’s much slimmer now.
