Captain John Lee is 49 years of age, a diabetic and is a British Overseas Territories Citizen.
MV OPTIMUN is a 30-foot Pirogue fiber glass boat with a cellular phone on board.
Keep a sharp lookout, assist if possible and report any sightings to MRCC Fort de France.
