A Non-Emergency Boatwatch for the SV RULA BULA has been issued. Its hailing port is Flowery Branch, GA. The RULA BULA is a Island Packet 485 with four POB: Gavin Mc Farlane age 62; Pam Mc Farlane age 62; Scott Mc Farlane age 27; Ashton Casey age 27;
The vessel was last known to be in the A&B Marina Key West, FL and sailing to the Dry Tortugas and returning on Tuesday, 29 DEC 2020 at 1700 hrs. They did not arrive back in Key West as of 0700 hrs 30 DEC 2020.
Boatwatch.org notified USCG Sector Key West who is going to contact the Park Rangers in the Dry Tortugas to determine if the vessel is there.
Boatwatch.org also had Marine Weather Center (Stormy) put out the Non-Emergency boatwatch on SSB Freq 4045.
