USCG Miami has issued a  Non-Emergency Boat Watch for the SV HARD ACT, a 50 foot sailboat overdue on a passage to Cape Canaveral from an unknown destination. The single handed Captain is Mr. Steven Van Kuelen, a 58 year old male.
