AIS & Marine Traffic data confirm SV Sultans of Swing have arrived in Guadeloupe.

UPDATE 1200 HRS UTC 21 FEB 2021:

RCC MADRID advised the reporting party has received information the vessel is headed to either Martinique or Guadeloupe, and expected to arrive sometime on Monday 22 FEB or Tuesday 23 FEB.

Due to their communications issues, we will keep the BOLO up until it is confirmed the vessel has safely arrived in Martinique or Guadeloupe. Cruisers in both Martinique and Guadeloupe are kindly requested to notify Glenn@Boatwatch.org when the vessel safely arrives in port.

The Rescue Coordination Center in Madrid, Spain has issued a Be On Lookout (BOLO) for the SV SULTANS OF SWING, Spanish Flagged, 11 meter sailing catamaran, white hull, with 7 POB on a voyage from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean.

Last known position was 17-32.1N / 046-55.5W on 17 FEB 2021.
