EPIRB floating in the water inside it’s case and unattached to any other vessel or structure, ACR GlobalFix V4, UIN 2DCC875576FFBFF May 17, SN 10939, Model RLB-41, P/N: 2830.
Battery tests okay, and likely has not been activated.
Has marine growth and appears to have been in the water 2 – 4 weeks.
