A center console dinghy, approximately 12 feet with possibly a 40 Hp engine in the down position, spotted 30 nautical miles due west from Sint Martin, Eastern Carribean.
The dinghy was sighted March 28, 2022 at 11:30 AM. The reporting boat was unable to retrieve the dinghy and tow.
The motor had two covers. The dinghy and motor had grey sunbrella chaps. The motor had a yellow cover underneath the grey cover. It can be seen in the photograph.
