USCG requests assistance in looking for a missing boater, Scott Johnson, 47 years old and his dog, Baxter.
He was last seen by a neighbor on 8/22/23. Johnson reported that he was going out on his 23 foot sport fisher, yellow hull, to trouble shoot maintenance, near Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.
His vehicle and boat trailer were located at the North Carolina Wildlife Access Boat Ramp, in the vicinity of Pirates Cove Marina.
